My new way of dyeing Easter eggs....

So I saw a blog about how to dye your Easter eggs using patterned silk. These are the ones I made:

I used some ties I got at goodwill. The ties I used for each one is pictured with the eggs. Next time I am going to try it by hollowing out the shells and then dyeing them and see how that goes. This is the link to where I got the idea: http://www.ourbestbites.com/2008/03/silk-dyed-eggs.html

Ok, so I don't think I have enough time right now to post a bunch of pictures. So I am going to first post a few of the Monster Trucks since I only have a few of those, so not many to sort through. Once I get a chance, maybe tonight, I will shuffle through the others and post more.

The driver of the Nitro Circus truck at this event was Travis Pastrana. The driver of the Monster Mutt Dalmation was Miss Candice Jolly.

I know I have at least 2. I have no idea if anyone else reads my blog. Makes me wonder if I should even keep it up. :-s
